Terms of Service & Customer Agreement
Exterior Cleaning | Pressure Washing | Soft Washing

General Agreement
This quotation covers the services described in the accompanying estimate and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
By accepting this agreement, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and understand the scope of work, pricing, expectations, and any additional documentation provided by Revive and Renew LLC.
Revive and Renew LLC is fully insured and committed to providing professional exterior cleaning services.
The customer agrees to disclose any known pre-existing damage, structural defects, leaks, or areas of concern before work begins. Revive and Renew LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing defects, faulty seals, or conditions beyond our reasonable control, except where caused by our negligence or improper workmanship.

1. Legally Binding Agreement
By signing or otherwise accepting an estimate or service agreement from Revive and Renew LLC, the customer enters into a legally binding agreement for the services described at the agreed-upon price.
Any deposits collected will be applied toward the total project cost. If the customer cancels or breaches the agreement, deposits may be retained to cover reasonable expenses, materials purchased, scheduling losses, or other damages incurred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any modifications to the agreed-upon scope of work or pricing must be approved by both parties.

2. Product Warranties & Service Concerns
All product warranties are limited to those provided by the respective manufacturers.
Revive and Renew LLC makes no additional product warranties unless expressly stated in writing.
Customers are encouraged to notify Revive and Renew LLC promptly of any concerns regarding completed services so that the situation can be reviewed and addressed appropriately.

3. Water Usage
By accepting this agreement, the customer authorizes Revive and Renew LLC to use the property’s available water supply as reasonably necessary to complete the contracted services at no additional compensation to the customer.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that an accessible and functioning water supply is available on the scheduled service date.
If an alternative or external water source is required, additional charges may apply with customer approval.

4. Property Safety & Courtesy
For everyone’s safety, the customer agrees to keep children, pets, visitors, and other individuals away from the designated work areas while services are being performed.
Revive and Renew LLC may temporarily restrict access to areas where cleaning chemicals, pressurized water, hoses, or equipment are being used.
The customer is responsible for informing occupants and visitors of these restrictions.

5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all outstanding balances are due immediately upon completion of the contracted services.
Revive and Renew LLC accepts the following payment methods:
Cash
Check
Cash App
PayPal
Tap to Pay (credit or debit card)
Any alternative payment arrangements must be approved in writing before services begin.
Past-due balances may be subject to reasonable late fees, collection expenses, or other remedies as specified in the accepted estimate or agreement and permitted by applicable law.
Returned checks may be subject to additional processing fees as permitted by law.

6. Vehicles & Work Area Preparation
The customer is responsible for removing all vehicles, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, boats, trailers, and other personal property, from the designated cleaning areas before work begins.
Revive and Renew LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from vehicles or personal property being left in the work area where such damage is not caused by our negligence or improper workmanship.
If vehicles or other obstructions prevent safe access to the work area, services may be delayed, rescheduled, or modified.

7. Removal & Replacement of Personal Property
The customer is responsible for removing and securing personal belongings from all areas scheduled for cleaning.
These items may include, but are not limited to:
Patio and deck furniture
Grills and outdoor cooking equipment
Planters and decorative items
Outdoor electronics
Rugs, cushions, and fabrics
Fragile decorations and personal belongings
If Revive and Renew LLC is required to move items to perform the contracted services, additional labor charges may apply with customer approval.
Revive and Renew LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing defects, improper assembly, deterioration, or instability of items being moved, except where damage results from our negligence or improper handling.

8. Pre-Existing Damage & Surface Conditions
Revive and Renew LLC is not responsible for damage arising from pre-existing structural defects, deterioration, improper installation, or inadequate maintenance, except where caused or worsened by our negligence or improper workmanship.
Examples include:
Loose, damaged, or improperly installed siding
Loose or deteriorating roof shingles
Wood rot and deteriorated building materials
Improperly sealed windows and doors
Cracked or damaged glass
Loose gutters and downspouts
Defective caulking or sealants
Exposed or improperly secured electrical wiring
Damaged exterior outlets and fixtures
Failing paint, stain, or protective coatings
Oxidation & Fading: Certain exterior materials, including vinyl siding, aluminum siding, painted surfaces, and metal components, may experience oxidation, chalking, fading, or discoloration from prolonged exposure to sunlight and weather.
Cleaning may remove dirt or loose surface oxidation, making existing fading, discoloration, or uneven finishes more noticeable.
Revive and Renew LLC does not guarantee the restoration of original color or finish unless a specific restoration service is included in the written agreement.

9. Stain Removal & Cleaning Expectations
Revive and Renew LLC uses professional cleaning methods and products appropriate for the surfaces being treated. However, not all stains, discoloration, or surface imperfections can be completely removed.
Examples include:
Deeply embedded rust stains
Oil and grease stains
Artillery fungus
Paint and stain overspray
Oxidation and permanent fading
Mineral deposits and efflorescence
Deeply embedded organic staining
Previous chemical damage or surface etching
Certain stains may require specialized treatments at an additional cost.
Some staining may be permanent, even after professional treatment.
Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, Revive and Renew LLC does not guarantee complete stain removal or restoration of surfaces to their original appearance.

10. Watertight Structures & Electrical Protection
The customer acknowledges that their property is expected to be properly maintained, structurally sound, and reasonably watertight before exterior cleaning begins.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Properly sealed windows and doors
Functional weatherstripping
Secure exterior electrical outlets
Properly installed exterior light fixtures
Adequately sealed siding and roofing materials
Properly secured electrical connections
Functioning caulking and weather barriers
The customer is responsible for notifying Revive and Renew LLC of any known leaks, openings, electrical hazards, or areas vulnerable to water intrusion before services begin.
Revive and Renew LLC is not responsible for water intrusion or resulting damage caused by pre-existing construction defects, faulty seals, improper maintenance, or deterioration, except where caused by our negligence or improper workmanship.
The customer understands that exterior cleaning involves the application of water and cleaning solutions, and that improperly maintained structures may allow moisture to enter.

Acceptance of Terms & Binding Agreement
By signing, electronically approving, providing written authorization (including text message or email), or otherwise clearly accepting an estimate issued by Revive and Renew LLC, the customer acknowledges that they have been provided access to these Terms of Service, have had the opportunity to review them, and agree to be legally bound by their provisions.
Acceptance of the estimate constitutes acceptance of the associated Terms of Service, including all applicable payment obligations, property preparation requirements, service limitations, and other conditions outlined herein, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
